Toronto is getting a taste of Italy this season with the opening of this giant festival in the city. SpringFest is a new gastronomic event taking place on May 13 that will take you to Europe.
The festival takes place inside Eataly, a three-level Italian food complex in Yorkville. You can enjoy an all-inclusive experience with food, drink, and entertainment.

Encompassing all three floors of the venue, SpringFest will take you on a tasting journey through Italy, and you can enjoy unlimited Italian dishes like regional pizzas, pastas and desserts.
Some pastas are even served from a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP for more cheese. There will be over five bars open where you can sample Italian wines, cocktails and beer, as well as over 15 tasting stations where you can lose yourself in the flavors of Italy.
The fun doesn’t stop at the feast – there will also be entertainment such as a three-piece band, demonstrations of pasta making, oyster shucking, and more.

The event will highlight the authentic fare, drinks and experiences offered by Eataly and allow you to take a little trip abroad without leaving town.
Tickets are available online for three different entry times and cost $165 per person.
If you’re looking for more places to stock up on Italian food, you can check out some of those restaurants around town that locals are obsessed with.
